Grades
At Horizon
School, your children will learn first and foremost about
their own culture, but will also benefit from learning about
others’.
•Nursery and Kindergarten
Horizon School includes a Nursery and Kindergarten where
children are accepted from age three. Qualified teachers
lead them in educational activities such as songs, dance,
drawing and initiation to English and French language.
The Kindergarten area is especially equipped with tools and
games that interest young children. A large play area is
available, as well as a sleeping area and a kitchen.
The program for KGII includes an introduction to reading and
writing in both Arabic and English. Children are also taught
basic computer skills.
•Primary / Intermediate School – Basic Education
At this level, priority is given to the acquisition of
reading, writing and mathematics, while also developing the
students' creativity in Music and Art.The program offered by
Horizon School is the official Syrian curriculum enriched
and enhanced by a Math and Science curricula in English.
Children are also given additional lessons in English and
French language.
In addition to our private program, Horizon School
guarantees full coverage of the Syrian curriculum in
preparation for the official Syrian exam at the end of Grade
9.
•Secondary / High School
Horizon School will offer the Syrian Baccalaureate program,
as well as SAT and TOEFL courses, which will qualify
students to apply to local universities and universities
abroad. |
